2. Once the content drafting process has begun, or if the content has been drafted, the payment made for the service is non-refundable.
3. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the delivered content, we are committed to addressing your concerns and making reasonable revisions. If the revisions do not meet your expectations, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Cancellation Policy
1. You may cancel your order at any time before the content drafting process has begun without incurring any charges. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
2. Once the content drafting process has begun or if the content has been drafted, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
